Head Coach Esther







"Though you have ten thousand instructors in Christ, you do not have many fathers"(1 Corinthians 4:15). Since the Lord entrusted me with the White Stone - a token of His calling - I have resolved to shepherd every child with such a heart. May God walk with me and lead me in this scared charge. 

                                                                                          

Esther Lu is the current coach of Cupertino High School Boys Varsity Volleyball Team. She also coached 6-years for both CHS JV Girls and JV Boys Volleyball Teams, plus 3 years for Hyde Middle School Girls Volleyball Team. She has 9 years of experience coaching a diverse age range, with a primary focus on middle and high school players.

Awards: 

1st place for the Girls' Spikefest regional tournament red (upper) division in 2018, 2019 and 2021 

Led Hyde Middle School 2019 class girls team to 1st place in the south bay schools league in 2018 and 2019

Ranked 1st regionally for Girls JV in 2018, 2019, and 2021 

Best JV coach award in 2021 El Camino League

Ranked 2nd regionally for Boys JV in 2018, and 3rd regionally in 2022

Ranked 2 regionally for Boys Varsity in 2023
